In addition to the financial contributions provided by Georgia-Pacific employees to our surrounding communities, many of our valued employees serve and participate on numerous executive boards and participate in countless community outreach programs including: United Way, Rodeheaver Boys' Ranch, The ARC of Putnam County, Putnam Community Blood Bank, Putnam County Chamber of Commerce, Relay for Life, March of Dimes, Putnam Community Medical Center, Putnam County Babe Ruth Association, Azalea City Kiwanis, Palatka Rotary Club, Martin Luther King Celebration, Putnam County Veteran's Day Parade, Habitat for Humanity, Putnam County Fair Authority, Toys for Tots, Putnam-Clay-Flagler Economic Council's Angel Tree Program, Boys Scouts of America, Girl Scouts of America, Putnam County Recreational Department, People Helping Each Other's Community Life Center, Ravine State Garden Renovation Project, Palatka Water Works Environmental Education Center, Azalea and Blue Crab Festivals, Bostwick Blueberry Festival, Earth Day and the St. Johns River Cleanup.
