During the application process, we may utilize standardized assessments that confirm your profile meets the basic qualifications for the opportunity for which you are applying. Your assessment, knowledge, skills and qualifications will be reviewed prior to the on-campus interview. After the initial assessment is complete, you may be invited for an on-campus interview.
On-Campus InterviewThe on-campus interview is a great way for you to learn more about our company, our culture and our opportunities. We will also be looking to learn more about your geographical preferences, knowledge and skills, past experiences, accomplishments and culture fit for GP. This interview will help to determine whether you are a good fit for a career with GP.
Site Visit/Additional InterviewAfter the on-campus interview your geographical preferences and background will be assessed to determine which facility would be the best fit. Candidates selected to move forward in the process may be invited for a site/facility visit and additional interviews(s) for you and GP.
OfferFollowing the site visit, offers will be extended to candidates that best align with the available opportunities.
